Leningrad Codex – Named for the City of Leningrad, which was changed from St. Petersburg during USSR. After USSR fell they renamed it St. Petersburg. So now the only thing named for the communist city is the Bible.

“where I found truth in the series Angel, about a vampire cursed with a soul. At the end of a huge personal conflict, Angel is explaining to a female police officer that none of it matters. She then asks why he does what he does. His answer was, “If nothing I do matters, then the only thing that matters is what I do.” Still brings me to tears thinking about that epiphany (which is, I think, the name of the episode).”
